When students are absent the college:
- requires a phone call explaining why a student in absent
- a note to explain a student absence
- in the case of absences of more than three days a contact to arrange pickup of classwork to ensure continuity of learning.
When students are absent unexplained our atendance officer will call home to follow up on students.
