All students at Chaffey Secondary College are expected to wear full school uniform. Uniform consists of Chaffey logoed tops (polo shirts, jacket, rugby top and polar fleece jumper). Uniform bottoms are to be plain black shorts, pants, trackpants, skirts or skort (no print or brand logos). Shorts, skirts and skorts are to be mid-thigh length or longer.

Shoes are to be black or predominately black.

Hoodies are not to be worn under the uniform or over the uniform.

Bottoms are not to be denim, leggings or bike shorts.

The uniform must be worn to school and during school hours, and on all school excursions. At all times the manner in which the uniform is worn will reflect pride in the College.

The only items students are allowed to wear that fall outside the approved uniform are:

• Sunglasses to protect eyes (outside only unless medically specified)
• Hats that provide sun protection (outside only)
• Religious or cultural attire (black or white)
• Jewellery and make-up must be kept to a minimum and not breach Occupational Health and Safety regulations
• Students undertaking special programs may approach the School Council for endorsement of alternative uniform to be worn.

Alternative uniform must be principally one of the college primary colours. Chaffey Secondary College Logo must be included on all top or jumper/jacket designs. All designs must have School Council approval prior to their implementation. e.g. Kumatori and Touch Football jackets, Energy Breakthrough shirts.
